This 39 unit residential apartment / affordable housing development in Papamoa was completed in 2017. The project was secured on a competitive tender basis. The development was structured with 3 individual blocks with mixture of 2 or 3 bedrooms and 2 or 3 levels. The development was driven by the need to meet tight cost plans and time frames. All defects and remedial works have been completed. The developers’ agent was closely involved in coordinating work with separate contractors and the territorial authority.
