Completed in 2019, this build comprises of eight one-bedroom and six two-bedroom units.
Exterior of the buildings is brick, with precast concrete balconies and cedar feature Aluminium and cedar joinery.
Interior timber construction.
McMillan & Lockwood conducted this project simultaneously with another project in the same development.
Despite a number of delays, ranging from initial services to final finishing details requiring late changes, the project was delivered on time and within budget.
